Tai Chi

Totally switch off from day to day with an hour of Tai Chi. MONA's private and tranquil gardens provide the ideal environment to focus on your total well being.

Tai Chi is by appointment. So to avoid disappointment, please book prior to your stay.

Price is $60 for 1 - 3 guests then $20 pp.

Remedial Massage

Totally relax and melt away the tension of your stressful busy week and indulge in a massage in your Villa. Our Remedial Masseuse is expert at detecting those "stress spots" that need work. She is also mindful of clients with special needs for comfotable positioning during the massage. A one hour massage is $100 or one and a half hours, $120.
