MONA can deliver to your Villa kitchen delicious home prepared meals - perfect for special occasions or a romantic candlelit dinner.

Your dinner selection is prepared and delivered to your Villa accommodation ready to serve.  For most selections the meal is already portioned and hot. Your hosts will provide helpful instructions regarding serving.

All that is left for you to do is set the table, light the candles and pour the wine. Don't forget to order you wine early if you are choosing from MONA's Wine Cellar.

Dinner (Winter/Spring 2009)

Entrees

• Pear and Parsnip Soup ($14)
• Smoked Trout with dill, caper and horse radish cream sauce ($19)
• Mezza Plate with Kerry's marinated eggplant ($17)

Mains

• Chicken "under a brick" marinated with olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary and maldon salt. Served with caramelised carrots and rice. ($26)
• Smoked Atlantic Salmon Fillet with lemon infused cous cous. Served with either steamed honey greens or a tossed green salad. ($28)
• Slow cooked lamb shanks with rosemary and red wine. Served with "Hot" polenta and a tossed salad. ($28)
• Spiced Char-grilled steak; the steak has been marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, cummin, soy, oregano and parsley. Served with Roast Kipfler potatoes and a sweet potato salad. ($28)

Desserts

• Sticky Toffee Pudding ($14)
• Mixed Berry Pudding ($14)
• Little Lime Curd Tarts with berries and ice cream ($14)
