The Stables Villa opens onto the Fountain Lawn where, in summer and through the warmer days of autumn, breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed under the shade of an old oak tree. Guests have also been known to enjoy a lazy afternoon of sharing a bottle of wine here. Braidwood, in the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales, has a cool climate but over the summer and early autumn months the days can be hot and the evenings balmy. At night the starry skies are spectacular.
