Over the winter nature lovers and MONA guests have been treated to regular sightings of our four platypus playing in our beautifula lake in the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales. The platypus can be seen day or night and are not particularly shy, as evidenced by this snap. The photograph was taken by one of our guests who took a short break from bird watching to grab this shot.
