Reedy Creek Kennels are just 17 minutes west of Braidwood on the Kings Hwy. Joanne and Owen are terrific with animals. The kennels have generous pens and there is a large fenced exercise yard. Dogs are walked daily. We have been using them for our dogs for over ten years. Book early to avoid disappointment. They get heavily booked during school holidays. Phone 4842 7107

We commissioned the bridge, which was completed in 1998. All local labour was used.

It takes approxiamtely 3 1/4 hours from Sydney CBD to Braidwood and Mona Country Manor House. Don't forget to allow for peak hour traffic and roadworks. There are some interesting stops along the way. Berrima is well worth a visit. The Whitehorse Inn is a particularly good lunch stop. If you do stop, the trip will probably take nearer to 4 1/2 hours total time.

Snooker: Popular for Buck's weekendsSnooker: Popular for Buck's weekendsAt Mona Country Manor House we excel in celebrations of any kind. And Braidwood is a great central location for groups of friends from Sydney, Canberra, the South Coast and rural New South Wales. The Stables Villa provides a wonderful atmosphere for buck's weekends (why limit it to one night!), with its juke box and billiard table. The TV is even mounted on a swing arm so you can play pool and watch the footy at the same time. There's a great nine hole golf course close by and our elusive Bass for that fishing competition.

We regret that we cannot allow dogs on the property. We have two Hungarian Vizslas of our own who get very upset when there territory is invaded. We also have domestic ducks who we prefer to feed than provide as feed. Another consideration is that there are foxbaiting programs in the area and in summer the odd snake. Both of these present threats to your animal's safety.

However, you are welcome to bring your horse. (Conditions apply).
