The Old Cheese Factory at Reidsdale just ten minutes from MONA Country Manor House has a few places left for their Indian vegetarian cooking workshop on Sunday 7th February, and we have a few beds left. So why not consider a combining a stay at MONA with the fabulous opportunity to learn how to make Southern Indian Festive Food.

On Friday 19th February The Phoenix Film Club will present an outdoor screening of the movie 'Julie & Julia'.

On Sunday 28th February is the second annual St. David's Concert.

Cheese Making Course

The next cheese making course will be held on March 6th and 7th 2010 at the Old Cheese Factory, Reidsdale, just ten mintues from MONA.

The cheeses that you will learn to make on these two days are:

Day 1: Fetta, Table Cheese and Ricotta.
Day2: Estella Blue (soft blue/white ), Danablu (Harder style blue ) and Paneer.
