On Saturday 28th May 2011 Channel 7's Sydney Weekender featured MONA as one of its great escapes.
Mike Whitney presented many of the wonderful aspects of MONA including croquet, the Champagne Sunset Horse and Carriage ride, dining at Zac's Table and the wonderful accommodation. He seemed particularly taken with the billiard table and juke box. Mike also loved the idea that you can bring your horse and have it stay right beneath your bedroom. The Visiting Euchidna at MONA: An Australian MonotremeThis week on the 1st Spring, we were treated to a rare visitor who appeared to be seeking a room for the night...or was he just on the hunt!. Well it is almost Springtime, although with the recent snow falls it still feels very much like Winter in Braidwood.
