Wow did christmas go qucikly, and now another year begins.

In Braidwood that means all those annual events that are so popular are about to start rolling around all over again:

• On 20th February there are the ever popular Braidwood Races - true country picnic style races. Marquees are available for hire.
• 6th March is showtime. The annual Braidwood Show is full of fun for the whole family. There are  horse events, cattle events, sheep events, a dog show and (my favourite) a poutlry show.
• Braidwood is holding its first Rodeo. ABCRA Southern Zone season will be concluded with the Braidwood Rodeo Southern Zone Finals at the Braidwood Showground on 10th April 2010. The thrills and spills wil be a great spectacle!
• Later in the year it's Music at the Creek followed by the Quilt Event and Open Gardens at the end of November.
